I was at Tower Point for 4 years and everyone was very nice! The Property Manager and team in the office are very friendly and courteous. The maintenance crew kept the grounds and apartments looking very clean and inviting. It is very close to a lot of shopping and restaurants in the Lake Wales area!

I Love Tower Point! I’ve been living here since 2012 this is my home my 4 bedroom 2 bath is great for my family. It's in a great area and it’s close to everything, the maintenance team is awesome and management is always there when needed I don’t think I’m moving no time soon I love it here.
