Allison was the best attorney and extremely knowledgeable. Would hire her again in a heartbeat! An update to this we everything got thrown out basically because she failed to notify the opposing counsel properly. Then she left ayo and iken. So basically i spent 2.5k for nothing. I stayed with the company because i have a good attorney with them but never Allison again! Update: my attorney retired and would have to start all over with a new one which meant more fees and retainers. I left this company and finished the process and the settlement for the divorce on my own. Spent around 27k.

I just want to say thanks to Mr. Howard Iken and his associates for making my legal matter a very professional and straight forward experience. When I first spoke with Mr. Iken, he was very friendly and offered a no-nonsense approach to my case. He was very attentive and informative regarding answers to my questions/concerns and he always addressed any reservations that I had in a very timely manner. If you are looking for a professional, down-to-earth, and to-the-point attorney who has empathy at an affordable rate, then you should definitely consider Ayo and Iken for your needs.

Attorney Iken provided me a professional and responsive service during a difficult time. The best thing I can say is that he was extremely responsive to whatever questions I had. Not going through a paralegal or back-channel, it was he who responded to me immediately in all instances. And I thought his flat fee service for what I needed was very fair. Thank you Iken!

I was extremely please with Howard Ellzey. He was extremely helpful, and he pulled off what was a life changing event for me. I am very blessed to have met and hire him. I could not be happier with the outcome. I highly recommend him.

In Florida, you must be personally served with any lawsuits. That involves a process server handing you a Summons. But after a case is properly served any subsequent documents can be served by mail, or email. DCF can take temporary action to handle children even before a new case is personally served.
We have several people, including attorneys.
