When he was reassigned to the Pasadena/Glendale area I was disappointed, but only because I felt that a rapport had developed. I hope you will tell Ed Van Olfen and his superiors I got a full REDWOOD patio God I got what I is so far superior to what you tried to charge me $8500.00 to install. I have a monthly service where the technician sprays for ankle biter mosquitoes during warm months. The service was performed today and it was good and the technician was very polite. What I didn’t like is the technician called 20 minutes before arriving and told us he was doing the service. He did not schedule it before had or confirm the time was good. He also called through Western Exterminator’s phone system which doesn’t allow a call back. It used to be with other technician’s they carried cell phones where you could text or call them to communicate. I was off site today and it would have been nice to be able to communicate with the technician. Reaching anyone at Western Extermination is near impossible now. Their phone system is set up to not allow you to easily reach someone who is a live person. Before the pandemic it was not like that, and I would have rated them five stars back then. Now Western serms very disorganized, I have had problems with service at properties in Newport Beach too.
