Wow! I am embarrassed this fast food restaurant is even open for business in Ephrata. The service is as bad as the filth in the dining area. Total disgust. Don’t go unless you have an hour to wait for “fast” food and don’t mind sitting in a dining room that hasn’t been cleaned in years. And the manager? Besides not helping her “trainee” as he struggled to keep up, she never offered an apology and left when the shift change came in. Even while we waited for our order. Definitely never returning.

Went through the drive thru n didnt get everything I ordered so I parked to go in n get the rest of my order, at this time there was some type of medical emergency (it was a drunk lady not medical emergency) in the drive thru. The 2nd car behind us hit the car directly behind us so the staff told the hit car to pull over, now I was fully aware of this person who hit the other car n kept an eye on them as I walked to go inside but ur manager felt it was appropriate to scream at me bc I wanted to go grab what was forgotten in my order. I said there was no need to scream at me n I'm fully aware of my surroundings. So she decided to yell, after i went into the restaurant, out loud enough for my daughter n bf to hear that if I get hit then I deserved it.... there was no need for her to act the way she did or say what she said. I purposely walked farther away from the incident so screaming at me for no reason was unnecessary. Probably shld rethink who u hire as a manager if they're just going to treat ppl like that.

Rude and slow workers which is typical of any wendys restaurant but this one is the worst. Couldn't tell you how the food tastes because I went there twice in the last 6 months and wasn't able to order anything. We went inside and up to the counter to order dinner. One female worker looked at us horrified and discusted and told us to leave-the diningroom was closed- open for drive thru only. Manager approached and asked us how we got in because the doors were locked. We told her the front door was unlocked and there wasnt any signs saying closed so we went in. She rolled her eyes and chuckled at us. Then escorted us out the door like we were criminals locking it behind us. The other time my husband and I went for lunch about 6 months ago at 11 am and walked into the place. Workers were goofing off laying on the counter laughing and playing around without shoes on. On the food counter. I've tried twice but I won't go back there again- ever.

I had a very nice meal. I tried the $5 biggie bag for the first time ever and was happily surprised. I got the double stack variety and requested no onions and no pickles. I received exactly that and everything was wonderful.
