They made my dog wait in a kennel for 4 hours just to get ONE vaccine. Don’t waste your time.

We got an appointment pretty quick and were really satisfied with the service. They do kind of push their month to month service but it made sense for us having a puppy. They answered all of our questions it's just not the traditional vet where you're in the room so if your animal doesn't like being left with strangers this might not be the vet for you.

The entire staff was so professional. You could tell they were led by an amazing doctor. Dr. Greene was so trusting, patient and I did not have to fear the classic "we have to run more tests" or "if you leave and go somewhere else, you will encounter exorbitant prices". Dr. Greene genuinely cared and allowed me time to make my own decision. She took a personal interest in what was going on with my pet. She addressed all of my concerns and did not make me feel as if I were a burden. I am so glad she took the opportunity to explain the benefits and features of the Wellness plan and provided me with paperwork for my review. I was quickly seen by the techs who were also nice and full of knowledge. The prices were much more affordable than any office I have ever visited. Dr. Greene and her team were hands down AWESOME, and I will be visiting her location again.

Banfield Pet Hospital | Sep 1, 2020

You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.

What is an Optimum Wellness Plan?

Banfield Pet Hospital | Sep 1, 2020

Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
