My credit card was charged $3000 for work that was NEVER Done! DO NOT USE THIS DENTIST! Over 2 week wait from intake to the attempted extraction only to be met with blank forms to sign for permission for the procedure, a promise of nitrous for pain and then a denial of the very same because they did not have the proper mask for an adult and "only do it for children" and an arrogant "dental surgeon" who refused to show any sympathy because he was "on his feet since 6 am!" We had waited 3 hrs after arriving 15 minutes early and walked out when we were told it was going to be another hour, or more! We were charged the full amount for services never rendered nor received! $3000! You can bet a charge back is coming! I am going to go to a different dentist tomorrow and finally, after another week and a half of suffering, get this blasted tooth pulled!

They made the whole experience(upper & lower dentures) so easy & actually pleasurable. They went above & beyond for me. The whole staff (including doctors..) were friendly, compassionate, experienced & very capable. I will never go to any other dds & i will tell all my friends about them! They're always late when opening in the morning. I schedule an appointment for my daughter for them to remove something that was bothering her and couldn't eat appropriately and they did a cleaning but never did what I told them from beginning before making appointment, like honestly they have a profile of my kid and know exactly what they do and don't do at her appointments. Besides that i came here for my cavities and the lady messed up 3 times and had to removed what they use to cover where they remove the cavitie, now i have a big hole on my top right tooth and she still didnt do it right and hurt when i drink water or eat anything that is cold, definitely look somewhere else.

Excellent customer service Excellent deal going on right now over at my place Western Dental-Harbor Blvd in Fullerton. This place beats all dental places that I ever been with financial service to the public. Thanks to the Manager and My man Miguel who took me in And welcome me as a Value Customer. All the staff in the back, very Friendly, and there patients were there top priorities great job staff. A big Shout out to you guys. Thank you.
