I was pleasantly surprised to see how well kept the facility was. The prices were very reasonable not only for the storage but also the supplies (ex: locks, mattress covers etc...). The staff is friendly and informative. They didn't mind showing us different size unit. Lastly, if you have a vehicle with a 10' clearance you can drive it in side and up the ramp. This is an all enclosed facility. Non are accessible from the outside. Great location in the heart of the city.

unfortunately we do not offer indoor parking for a vehicle of that size, and would have to be parked outside.
Yes you can. Just go to our website at metrostoragecenter.com and at the top right there is a "my account" function. You will have to register the account first. Any of our staff can also set you up via phone. just call the office at 716-883-8000. Thank you.
