Excellent Polish Sausage and Pork products. A clean butcher shop that smells like garlic as soon as you walk in. Extremely friendly staff and helpful with suggestions on trying new varieties of Pork Sausage. I highly recommend their Sausage!

Anything you get from here will be outstanding. Always get a couple pairs of Landjäger to snack on from the shop to your car...or to eat all of them on the way home :). The people here are knowledgeable and clearly love what they do — and it really shows in the product here. Don't miss out on this place.

The best meats ever, especially all the various types of sausage. Every one I have ever tried was absolutely delicious. The people there are wonderful as well. They really know their stuff.

I would call... They might be able to make it special for you. Their specialty is European sausage but they also do a lot of local flavors too.
The ham is very good. It is made in house. There are a lot of other options. There are lots of cold cuts and fresh and smoked sausages. There are also some fresh cut steaks and often pork chops. Everything is great.
Wednesday - Saturday. Check their site for the hours, but I think 9-5 W-F, and 9-3 Sat.
