Doctor Williams does not really care for patients. He needs to sign for the refill of my son in-vega prescription. In order for him to sign he needs to talk yo my son but the Dr. Has change the phone appt. 3 times. Now my son has 3 weeks that he hasn't take the medicine. As a mother my pain is great, I am seeing my son losing his mind, and its hurt so much. Even the my son gave the consent to represent him, the clinic staff don't care. This is the 3rd. Time they do this to us in this long 4 years battle without a good end 💔 😔

I was out of meds i left a message for nurse. A week ago for my meds. And they said sorry we're closed for maintenance just hang in there and wait till tomorrow or go to your nearest emergency room they are not helpful and poorly staffed I wish they offered more help for the people that have mental illness

Wrote 1 time on the appt card, said a different, later time when we checked in. Now it's 15 minutes past that appt time and they seem to have no clue how to do simple paperwork. Simply unbelievable in terms of pure unprofessionalism and general intelligence.

Helpful staff, good care from the doctors I have had. They have group therapy and personal therapy, but I choose not to take those options. But it's there if people need it.

Yes! But go in as soon as you can. You will have to do a walk in to initially be evaluated before getting an actual appointment. Which will more than likely be quite a few weeks out. They do walk ins I believe all week from 8am to 12pm. Any time after 12pm and you will get turned away. Unfortunate but I see it a lot while waiting for my appointments. Perhaps call to check the days allowed but I believe it's Monday through Friday. 951-791-3300
They do from 8am-3pm Mon-Fri, but what they will usually do is make you qn appointment when you come. Also, they will only intake new patients at a certain time of year.

They have prescribers and peer support specialists. You'll have to call and see if they have talk therapy.
They have a PLACE IN San Jacinto that is for senior citizens it's called the center
I have Medi-Cal iehp with the kaiser Permanente plan. They use my Medi-Cal for mental health
