Went in to buy a new apple phone for my son, had cash, spent over an hour getting my name on my mom's account so I can buy his phone, they looked at my ID, but when it came time to purchase (finally) the salesman said my ID was expand they couldn't do it. My face hasn't changed. Waste of my time and my sick Mom had to come down and do it. Not only that, they refuse to cancel one of my lines in person saying I had to do it by phone. Nobody answers that line. Convenient

Verizon at 3301 W Florida Ave was diligent and trustworthy for us today. The task was challenging due to an electronic glitch (not the store’s fault) but Alonso persisted and got me happily on my way and I’ll be back at needed. Thank you all employees for your great attitude

Wish I could give 0 ⭐️ to this store. I went in to get an upgrade for my son told us we had to wait in our car and wait time would be 40-45mins. We said alright and proceded to wait. We kept seeing all white people going in coming out with their phones and remind you when we walk inside the store it was empty and 4 cars in the parking lot. All this other people came after we did. So an hour and 15mins later I decided to walk in and see what was going on and see all those people in the store getting services while I was kept waiting. So I decided to walk out and not bother with a store like that. As soon as we pulled out from the parking lot I got a call saying they were ready for us to what I replied I was going to OC where we don't get discriminated by our race. This store has alot of work to do.

The employees were nice and tried to be helpful, but the company has slipped. I have poor service in this area, very slow internet, and a couple of drop calls all while being here only for 2 months. I was looking to upgrade to their top plan, but was told that may not help....
