They do not know how to deal with the problems they create. I asked for a normal pizza with bacon with extra bacon. Told it would be 40 minutes and I was fine with that until I waited over an hour to get my food that is cold and not even what I ordered. Then when I call and speak to the manager (Barbie) was very rude and got an attitude with me because of their mistake. I asked them to make my order correct or I want a cash refund if it’s not correct. She tried and offer store credit but I kept repeating myself saying that I don’t want store credit with the terrible service I’ve received. I don’t know who else has dealt with this and these kids who work their don’t know how to take orders correctly.

Absolutely abysmal here. Order was put in for pickup at 630 PM over an hour ahead of time. Go to pick up the order and surprise it wasn't even pulled yet. The customer service is non existent at this location as well

The food is delicious as expected. But I especially want to praise the team who was working last night. Bitter cold night, people arriving for pickups, curbside, making new orders. And a lobby full of cold people watching them work. They filled orders quickly, greeted customers promptly and all with a smile.

I cannot believe you even served those tiny itty bitty wings.. I have always loved Pizza-Huts wings, this time was down right terrible. I asked the driver to call before leaving the hut, which he did. I waited over 30 minutes until I received my cold food. I was never more disappointed than I was when I received my food. I am not sure if I will every order again. I am now not surprised on all of the Pizza Huts that are going out of business.
