Just got a cheese burger Sub in Willow Street and the burger was a thin as McDonals paper thin burgers and it looks like the used Cheese Whiz instead of white American cheese !! Would not recommend a meal for my Dog from Sals in Willow Street !! Very Disappointed !! Had to give one Star because there was nothing lowet !!

My family and I have ordered from here several times and we have NEVER been disappointed!!! I’ve tried almost everything off their menu and have never been disappointed. Everything tastes amazing and their delivery time is ALWAYS quick. I normally always give our delivery guy extra tip because he’s always quick and friendly. If you want excellent tasting food and quick delivery service I suggest trying this place!!!

I ordered ham & provolone sub and would not even eat it. Lettuce was all brown and had 1 tomato, which was all on the bottom.. had @3 pieces of ham and the cheese was kinda melted. The sub was not even close to being cold or even cool… to me, this is totally unacceptable! Glad I wasted that money and my trash can gets a sub!

Ordered a simple large pepperoni pizza, it was awful, sorry. It was so thin when you folded it it cracked from end to end. No sauce on the pizza and less then half amount of cheese that should be. It did have a decent amount of pepperoni but I was shocked cause how do mess up a pizza ? Never had a hard dry pizza before.Hi Kris Knarr , we want to apologize. We pride ourselves on our food, and this is not OK. We're sharing your feedback with the kitchen and will do better by you next time — promise.
