We went today (7/17/22) to do a mobile order. we put in modifications on both of our meals because me and my partner are vegetarian. somewhere along the way. the website must have glitched and deleted my partners modifications and the taco bell made the order with beef in it. We lived futher away and couldnt go to get a refund so we called. the manager was very rude to us on the phone and refused to give us a refund for the $8 order. We are calling corporate to get one. We cant eat our dinner tonight so literally thanks for nothing.

Burrito was good tasting but the consistency was very loose and not wrapped well at all. It was all over the wrapped and in the bag when I opened it up.
