When you're paying $2 for a bagel, you would expect it to be cut properly. We got a dozen bagels here and they were cut so that you had a razor-thin top and 90% of the bagel was left over. They do one thing at this shop so I would think they would know how to cut bagels properly or at least have the machinery to do so. Getting them this way really ruins the enjoyment of eating a bagel.

A slice of the east coast smack in the middle of the hustle and bustle of the airport district. Parking is plentiful in the lot behind, and the service is wonderful. The bagel sandwiches are authentic and delicious, and the fact that they have the u-bet syrup and cubesta coffee ice cubes earns them a million more points. Well worth the stop.

I ventured to this place due to a free bagel and coffee special. Go early so they don't run out of their popular bagel flavors. I enjoyed my whole wheat everything bagel with plain cream cheese. The bagel sandwiches look massive and hearty but I haven't had one. The staff is pleasant and quick. There's indoor and outdoor dining and free parking. They have sales for different flavored smears and juices. Overall it's a pretty decent bagel shop.

The bagels were fresh and chewy. This place has very interesting iced coffee, they freeze some coffee to use as ice cubes! The best thing is that they let you mix it yourself and I found it to be delicious

Taken directly from the website, they recreate the water. In their words: "By using our proprietary water treatment system, known as “Brooklyn Water Works,” The Original Brooklyn Water Bagel Co.® can successfully replicate the natural composition of the water that flows through the Catskill Mountains in upstate New York into the homes of Brooklyn residents. This replication is accomplished by filtering local water down to its purest, most natural state, and then adding unique elements found only in our water."
