Got a haircut from Mary a couple of days ago. She wasn’t rude, but I wouldn’t say she went above and beyond with her customer service. I felt something was off, but I ignored my instincts. I asked for a bob and she pretty much did the bare minimum for what I payed for. Again, she wasn’t rude, but I almost felt like she just wanted to get my haircut over with. Or maybe it’s just that she doesn’t know how to work with curly hair. She didn’t take her time at all and didn’t seem like she was checking if her cutting was even. It didn’t turn out bad, but I’ve definitely been to way better places.

Got the worst haircut I've ever had in my life from Mary. I was ignored both times when I walked in, nobody wanted to cut my hair so I was "squeezed in" even though Mary gave me an appt. She complained I was too short for her chair and never asked if I was okay with the length. I question her skills and whether she has a problem serving women of color. This is a real review and my experience was legitimate. I should have run far far away when my gut told me something was wrong. I did not pay for the haircut even though I offered to, so no I did not go for a free (terrible) haircut.
