Came in to do a pee test. Personnel didn’t say if you don’t pee to the line we will pour that particular pee out and you will have to wait here and make more pee to fill to the line. As if I just turned my pee off when it was below the line just to make problems. I’m now waiting in the lobby to make more pee. Really P***ed off right now

The supporting staff has nothing to do with this experience. They were pleasant and friendly. The female physician on staff is a complete joke. I came in to have an abcess lanced because I had the same experience about 5 years ago and went to this clinic to treat it. This new doctor told me she wasnt capable of doing it. I paid a $75 copay to sit in a room for 5 minutes. If she's not experienced enough to make a tiny cut through skin to Lance an abcess she has absolutely NO BUSINESS trying to diagnose and treat illnesses!!!

Hello Brenda! We normally collect your urgent care copay or deductible. If your insurance covers Covid testing, then we will not collect upfront. You are more than welcome to come to our center so we can verify your Urgent Care benefits and tell you what your copay is or you may call the insurance card.
