The facility itself was great, however checking in and if you are new, it’s not a easy not fast process. Not to mention it almost seemed like I was an inconvenience to the people behind the counter. Then I have been trying to reach them about a billing problem for the past 3 days. I’ve tried every extension, I’ve left voicemails, and even when I did get ahold of someone they had me on hold for about 30minutes, then proceeded to transfer me to “billing” and then I got hung up on because they weren’t at the phone. So now I’m back to square one. It’s been a constant struggle trying to get through to them.

Terrible terrible terrible service. They’re confused on every aspect of my ordered CT scan. My doctor has had to call them and walk them through the process. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

My son had an order for an X-ray from his ENT specialist. Summits machine was down. Premier Radiology took us in quickly, and our technician was amazing, gentle and attentive with my little one! She even let him hold her duck throughout the procedure❤️

I came to the Hermitage Premier location on 08/05/22. My receptionist Rocio Louis and the other receptionist were absolutely amazing!! It’s refreshing to have ladies that were friendly, and warm with laughter. Opposed to the stale bread I usually encounter. The lady who did my ultrasound was great as well. So thank you! Thank you for making my short time there an enjoyable one!!
