Customer service from female UPS clerk was poor. I wouldn’t recommend this location. She tried informing me that a UPS pre-labeled package couldn’t be “dropped off” anymore and that I needed to wait in line behind 10 customers. UPS is a private corporation that allows you to, “always hand off a pre-labeled package to your UPS driver” according to their website. I’m highly skeptical of the claim the UPS clerk made. Perhaps this individual franchise is sloppy and makes up its own arbitrary policies.

I was out of town and needed to ship some items. Christina was really friendly and helped me figure out the best option. What an excellent experience. Christina was amazing!!

I have an issue with my package that should be delivered in max 5 business day today is the 11 business when i was trying to explain what happened the manager told that was the service you paid for not their fault. i choose the option of 5 business but the associate didn’t tell me that will delivered through an other carriers thats why I didn’t choose the first option didn’t even apologize about the inconvenience this is not how it should handle a complaint ! Very disappointed and a very bad experience with ups and it should be the last time sending with me i send it 6 months with them a package and i paid for a 2 business day delivery and it arrived after 8 business day also
