Extremely unhelpful workforce here. Anita specifically. Attempted to restart a soccer gathering every Wednesday evening but we’re told hours of service had been cut short so we could not play in our 6 PM to 8 PM timeslot. Center closes at 6:30 PM now due to “staff shortages”. We were told we could rent the space at a discounted rate for the original timeslot for $70 and were subsequently told a few days later that we would have to rent for three hours and $250+. Workforce is a complete shambles that and no help whatsoever providing empty solutions to keep us at bay. I wonder if the “interviews we have scheduled tomorrow” were even conducted or legitimate so they could staff more people and allow the center to remain open later. Terrible, terrible service.
