Never a line. Rates aren't bad, but can be different depending on who you are dealing with. It is super easy.

I will say as a contractor and hitting so many different landfills throughout the state of Tennessee they have to be the cheapest of them all, and the most willing to help if you have a problem while you're dumping!!! If you are in that area you're foolish not to go to that location!!!

Is there a way I can give this place a “0” star review. They charged $100 for a utility trailer of trash. They used a tape measure to calculate the cost when most established landfill facilities actually use their scale. You then have to drive a quarter mile back where they want you to drive over other piles of trash with who knows what in there. We tried to ask if we could pull up to it and we were told to leave or use them receptacles up front. At that point we just left for a facility that isn’t ran by clowns.

This place is extremely over priced they where going to charge $50 dollars for a truck bed full don’t even waste your time or energy pressing the button for directions.

Depends on how large your trailer is. I have a 14 yd dump trailer and they charge 260 completely full
As a construction dump site, all prices are subject to the person managing the front gate. But, I believe it's a minimum of $50 and that's for a truck bed full of debris. (But not too far over the top of the bed) It can go up from there, depending on the dimensions of what your dumping. They did just install a vehicle scale to charging by weight, but are waiting on a city inspector to start using them. Also, no concrete or top soil will be accepted. Most likely they will have you unload everything into one of the open ended bins at the front. But, they could also have you go to the back, if your vehicle is capable of making it up the dirt hill.
