How can this be a public place serving the community with no posted hours? In fact, is it ever open? Why are my tax dollars paying for this place to be closed?

The center is open Monday-Friday from 9:30 am- 7pm Closed on weekends

12-8 Monday to Thursday and 12-6 on Friday according to the Facebook page.
