I have really enjoyed my experience at 42 North as a resident this past year. They have good amenities, the maintenance is always readily available, and the staff members are all very kind. The streets sometimes get a little noisy, but nothing too bad. My roommate and I haven’t had any serious bug related issues. 42 North also has fun resident events.

I subleased an apartment last year and absolutely loved the area. From the walking areas I took my dog in, to the gym, the pool, the basketball courts, and the mini dog park, I decided that this year when I started at USF I wanted to start in an apartment I found to be the best. After searching for hours through reviews of other places, I came to the conclusion that 42N was the best quality for the most reasonable price.

42 north is a great apartment complex. The office staff is very welcoming, friendly, and well informed. This complex has great amenities which are always kept very clean. They offer 3 or 4 bedroom units all upgraded and spacious. Overall, considering the affordable prices and well kept environment, 42 north is a place i recommend

The entire community is unkept. The trees above the parking lot are over grown and will fall and damage your vehicle. I had pay out of pocket to replace my entire rear windshield and trunk. The office will do nothing about it. They do not keep up with the maintenance of the buildings. Multiple apartments have had pipes burst and flooding has occurred. The pipe under my bathroom sink burst, flooding my entire room and damaging my belongings. If this happens the office will try and charge you for the damages( ~2,000$) and will evict you if you don’t pay. Listen to these reviews, the property is rundown and the management is incompetent
