I’ve lived in 7 different states, and this is by far the best trash/recycling situation I’ve ever been in. The facilities are top notch. All the workers I have encountered have been helpful and polite. Keep up the good work!

Normally, when we go, my daughter and me don't have an issue cause we have the man that is usually there to help with the heavy stuff. I usually tip him too. This time when we drove up, there was a new man there. He saw us and saw I was up in years, but he still went as fast as he could to get in the small office and hide and only came out when he saw us get into our truck. I would rate this visit '0' stars but it would not post w/o a rating.

That's because they are lazy. I called Fairfield Counties governmental offices almost a month ago about this issue. After I talked to the secretary of individual over waste management in the county, they told me that the time has changed which doesn't reflect the hours on the plaque outside the gate.
Closed on Monday's, and Wednesday's. They open late on Sunday's after 2 I think
