I came early today and found the lobby empty. That is so rare. All the tellers and employees are extremely nice. The lady guard opened the door for me coming in and going out. Who does that? Her momma raised her right.

I am able to do shared Banking from Illinois and anywhere else I have gone. I now live in Illinois for 2 years I have had Altura credit Union for over 5 years and have loved their customer service every step of the way. I have 3 accounts with them and get wonderful service with all of them all the time.

I would like to give a shout out to Diana Duncan who was able to give me such Awesome customer service this past week. When I went in to the CU I was worried there was no solution to my situation, before I knew it Diana was ready and willing with the answer. I cannot thank her enough...she restored my faith in humanity! Every branch needs a Diana...lucky for Altura they have employed such a wonderful woman! Thank you Diana, Thank you so much!

Hades I really couldn't tell you I've only been Altura for 1-year but all I can say I really enjoyed their professionalism they treat you like a human being I used to be with Wells Fargo 33 years I'll never go back
Driver license, seller info, ur finance service provider (altura credit union) vin number car insurance provider, make and model of the car and car u want to purchase before tax and anything I put down on the vehicle as well as monthly payments

Altura is really not a credit union I asked for a 2000 dollar loan and they would not lend it to me..so I can fix my credit cards and get out of debt and try to fix my score...I will be changing over to first student credit union they are the real credit union...not like...

I used the atm at staters ramona expressway for a very long time its a coop. Altura atms at Altura Credit Union. I will ask the next time that I go in.
