I have been coming to Dr.Kaneen and her Husband Dr.Helliwell since I was 15, and never have I had an issue with them, unfortunately the last few times I’ve gone the office staff has been rude and no care for anyone else’s time. I had an appointment I was 2 mins late and they told me Dr Helliwell was gone and wouldn’t be back for an hour and a half and I can just wait I told them I had to leave work early for this is there any way I can see his wife who I usually see anyways and they told me no. I was just there 4 months ago and just needed paperwork filled out and they refused to fill out paperwork and print my last pap paperwork without seeing the doctor! Beyond frustrating.

I always feel so comfortable and in good hands because Helliwell explains everything to me and is very thorough. He was great through my pregnancy, but he actually delivered me & was AMAZING! We had complications & he definitely proved his knowledge and experience. We were very impressed with him & wouldn’t want to go to anyone else after such a great experience with him.
