Had an appointment at 2 waited filled out 30 minutes worth of paper work(respirator fit), 2 hours total in the waiting room. Only Up side was lMA was very nice. Dr was pleasant too.

Employers need to stop sending their employees to this place. I tried calling to make an appointment several times, no answer. I finally walk in and they tell me they walk ins at 7am but only a certain number. I then make an appointment 2 weeks out. I let them know I need a physical, chest X-ray, and mask fitting. I show up to my appointment, fill out the paperwork handed to me, I hand it back to them, they hand me another stack of paperwork with the same questionnares. I tell them I had filled that out already. They turn to look at each other and one says “oh I tossed it. Have her redo it again”. I was so confused! But it gets better, then they tell me they have not had a X-ray tech for over 6 months!! The same person who made my appointment was aware they had no technician. I drove a total of 3 hours two times just to deal with their incompetent staff and have nothing done. Stop sending your employees to this mess.

The staff are super nice but it’s always, always busy. Wait times are in hours, not minutes. If you need to get a physical, show up before they open. Half hour at least. Or you won’t get in that day. Labs/vaccines are a shorter wait.

I arrived prior to 8am and there was already a long line from the front door. I ended up being the 12th physical of the day and was told to come back at 1pm. After leaving and going back to work, I received a call from a receptionist that they may not be able to get to my physical. I had already communicated to my employer that I would be going back at 1pm and would complete the physical on that day. I went back to Concentra and was able to complete physical after another approximate 2 hour wait. Not to mention during the process the system shut down so I had to fill out admission paperwork twice. To top it off, after completion and driving away I received a call that they forgot to get a last signature from me. By this point it was near 4pm. Overall, I understand they are a busy medical business, but there has to be a better more efficient way of getting everyone seen.
