I had a pipe break which flooded my bathroom and bedrooms. I got home from work at and there was a lot of water and must have been running all day. I called the 911Restoration and they had a crew there in 30 minutes that started getting the water out. I didn't really know what needed to be done cause I had never had a flood but they explained the process very well and I felt comfortable with everything. They were in touch and communicated with my insurance company the whole time and my insurance paid for everything. Not a fun situation for me but they did a great job and were very professional.

After a sewage pipe cracked and left our bathroom ceiling soaked, 911 Restoration did a great job fixing my house from water damage. If you hire anyone else to do your work, you will be highly disappointed. I browsed and called several contractors before hiring 911 Restoration and I'm not using anyone else to do my work. They are professional, reasonable and friendly. The project manager answered my phone calls any time I called. Their staff includes professionals with experience and not just some guys that have nothing to do on a weekend. I was very happy with there work and would highly recommend 911 restoration.
