I experienced really bad customer service at the front desk. They switched my appointment without warning. They took half an hour to approve medical insurance. Customer service when trying to get an appointment was also lacking.

I would give them five stars!! If it wasn't for the fact that the hours are confusing. Although, the building is open at 6:30a(appointment/ walk-ins). If you call you get transferred to the hospital... They do not answer phone calls until 8:00a. They need to State this on their website

The employees are very polite, but not very helpful or educated. I wanted a copy of my CT scan and they told me I had to wait for my doctor to review it first. There is absolutely no logic behind this. That is my medical record and my right to see my results. I wasn’t able to get an explanation of this logic, only that this was “the rule”.

Overall I had a very positive experience at Quest Imaging. The staff was professional and friendly and the waiting areas were very nice. I especially was appreciative of how nice the women's health wing was. It was clean, very centered towards women (women's magazines and HGTV on the tv), the dressing room and the restroom were very nice, and overall this area made me feel more at ease about the reason I was there. The only reason I give 4 out of 5 stars is because I wasn't taken back for my imagine until 30 minutes after my appointment and there was no communication. If an office is running behind, I totally understand, but would appreciate being told when checking in for my appointment so I can make sure I can make arrangements for my other obligations.
