Room was dirty....bed had already been slept in...could not use the ac because of the smoke smell....towels were dirty....sink had hair on and in it...I called to have my room cleaned and was told my room was marked as cleaned

Overall the rooms were clean and the major appliances worked well. The internet barely worked sometimes, making it difficult to stream things. There was also an incident that involved a man that worked at the hotel - I had my curtains pulled back slightly in the corner to let in some natural light. This man (older with glasses, was carrying a red-handled broom I believe), walked past my room several times, but then stopped and put his face up to the glass to peer into my window. As soon as he made eye contact with me and I jumped off the bed, he left. This was 100% not acceptable.

Towels look like they have been washed with no detergent. Tubes finish peeling up. Shower curtains have mold all over them.

Poor excuse for service: they expected us to stay in a room with burn holes in bedding and horrible smell when we had specified a non-smoking room. Floor was dirty: obviously not vacuumed.
