Saved my girl Skye!! Will be forever grateful....she was staggering and couldn't hold her head up!! Drooling, obviously terrified & feeling horrible! They took her in right away, thank God!! She'd somehow gotten into a THC (pot) plant no idea how or where but she did have free run on the ranch where I rent an apartment. It is deadly to dogs!! I know had I not gotten her there when I did, she would have died!! Their treatment was literally life saving!! They knew exactly what to do to treat her. Picked her up the next morning and a much happier & healthier Australian Shepherd came home with me! Highly recommend them!! Can't thank you enough, everyone!! They even called me back & said that they owed me a partial refund!!! She is my heart, am so blessed to have my baby girl home safe!! ❤️❤️❤️

A few nights ago, we had an emergency with one of our fur babies, our cat, Tina. We struggled to find a place to get her help since most vets were already closed. Not going to lie, we saw some of the reviews for this office and were scared to trust taking her here. My husband called to ask and was met with a friendly and encouraging voice on the other end so we decided to try. Sadly, our kitty could not be saved. From start to finish, which was 3 hours, the check in, the Dr., the nurses, everyone we had to encounter was very caring and gentle with her and very sympathetic with us. Even though they were busy they made sure to give us our time to say goodbye, they were very patient with us, and even let me hold her the entire time while she passed. A few days later they even sent us a card with condolences signed by the staff. Having to lose a pet is hard, but the staff here was amazing through it. Thank you for helping her go peacefully!

Arrived yesterday at 4:30pm for curbside service . On Saturday 4-2-22…A tech didn’t come out until 5:30pm to do an Initial assessment. I understand they are busy but atleast come out and see if our animal is still alive !!! When they finally came out they did check vitals and said they would call us to come back in about 2 hours to bring our dog back to be seen. This was around 5:45pm yesterday . We got our call back at 12:30pm Sunday asking if we still needed help with our dog but there was still a wait . This is ridiculous and please don’t take your animal here . I think we can wait till Monday to see our good vet but if things would have turned south our dog wouldn’t be here right now . Please don’t take your animals here !!!
