EDIT: 1 1/2 hours and still on hold to speak with the pharmacy. Best believe I'm sharing EVERY screenshot on your phone section, the longer it takes to get somebody on the phone. So here I am, an hour later, hour and 21 minutes and still counting to be exact; on hold with the pharmacy. How am I supposed to get IMPORTANT SEIZURE prescriptions taken care of if the staff is leaving people on hold and not answering their calls? You finally updated about your lunch hours. But this long on the phone.... Are you gonna pay my phone bill next?

Prescriptions are never filled on time and ready to pick up. Best to wait a day or two for them to fill it. Then when it's ready, watch them search for it for 5 minutes under all the counters and cabinets. Hopefully you're not sick and in need of your medication.
