Have experienced two cleanings for $300.00 both were an experience that no one wants. The one filling left some over fill that they tried to correct. Having a filling corrected without any pain killer is another experience no one wants. The first cleaning the person cut the inside on my jaw which took over a month to heal. The second cleaning the person never washed my mouth out telling me to just swallow what she took off as I am a heart, copd, and diabetes two patient this can and did cause an infection. I have to ask why the heck does anyone go here expecting quality dental care and received sub standard care. Not a professional location. .

This office recently sold and has a new owner/dentist and crew. We were with the previous dentist, Dr. Thuernagle, for years and loved his practice. We were not notified of the business change. Throughout this experience, I never even got to see or meet the new dentist. When my wife and I went in for one of the two cleanings per year under our plan in the middle of June 2022, they did panoramic xrays and then got right into measuring gums and did a full mouth debridement (extremely uncomfortable). After having this done they stated my gums were at a 4 or 5 and I needed to come in 3-4 times per year in order to keep my gums from deteriorating. The prior dentist would tell me during each visit, "Everything looks good. Continue doing what you're doing." Needless to say, I was shocked at the sudden turn of my dental health. During the cleaning, the hygienist told me my insurance was one of the best out there and would be good to cover most, if not all the costs. I received the bill for our routine cleanings and was charged nearly $200. We are still working out the billing. There was no notice that extra services would be performed and therefore would present extra costs. I was expecting to have a routine cleaning covered by insurance and now they are upselling and upcharging people without notice. Be weary of this business as they seem like the type of business to find any possible way to get money out of you in the name of "highest standard of care." We are switching dental practices.

This office just sold and has a new owner/dentist and crew. First visit since the new owner and it was horrible. Scheduled for a cleaning. They didn’t even do X-ray’s or even look into my mouth before jumping right in to saying they needed to check me for a deep periodontal cleaning. She measured all my gums and said they where 4-5’s. And they wouldn’t do the normal cleaning and tried pressuring me into the plan. It just didn’t seem right. So I still got charged for my visit and all they did was measure my gums. I went to another local dentist for a 2nd opinion. My gums didn’t measure half of what they said and said it was not needed at all. I would be very cautious of this practice.

Hands down the best dental experience I have ever had. From the moment you walk in the door, you are comfortable. From the receptionist to the hygienist, to the dentist, to the manager. They are all outstanding. I get to smile again, and they are the reason I can. Highly recommend.
