John Accardo came VERY highly recommended to us by family. We weren't let down and neither will you! Needless to say, John was professional, personal and an absolute fantastic resource. From the very get go, John made it his business to understand our family's needs and to help us narrow the communities and neighborhoods that would check as many of those boxes for us as possible with the modest budget that we were working with. I can't imagine a tougher market for buying a home than early spring 2022, but John stood by us and continued to encourage us along every step of the way. Through the highs and lows, John was the one constant that we could lean on for solid advice and thoughtful direction. Tony and I went to Miraleste HS together and my memories of him then and my experiences him with him now (30+ years later ) are very positive. He’s one of the kindest people I’ve had the pleasure of knowing. I especially like that he’s genuine , very funny, caring, and an all around great person. Even in his youth he was a standout because of his kindness, warm personality and obvious drive. Recently, I reached out to him asking him for advice regarding my son who’s interested in gaining knowledge about real estate. Not only did Tony take his call, he even went as far as giving my son some great advice, almost like a mentor, and spoke with him in a very professional, yet youthful manner. His enthusiasm and knowledge of the industry, and his genuinely caring demeanor were very apparent. He gave my son valuable information and connected with him on a personal level. Yes, the Real Estate market has changed in the past month. It has slowed down but its not what you think, interest rates have gone up which makes home buyer monthly payment higher. This creates fear in some buyers and reduces the amount of home they can afford to buy. At the same time sellers have been unrealistic with the price they want for their home. This causes inventory to rise and these two factors are causing prices to cool off but we do not believe it will cause the Real Estate market to crash.

The opposite of a buyer's market is a seller's market, a situation in which demand exceeds supply.
