Exhale is a diamond in the rough. I have done a lot of PT for my back and shoulders, and they have by far exceeded my expectations. I feel better than I ever have. Rather than being put through the corporate machine, this boutique physical therapy office treats you like family, listens to your needs, and personalizes your treatment to fit your lifestyle. A+++

Recommend them strongly! It is a small place, so usually I'm alone with my therapist. They have been super careful, both with my injury and with COVID precautions. They are very good with keeping my information up to date, so that different therapists can work with me. I've been improving!

Physical therapy is not meant to hurt you, but to relieve your pain. However, it’s imperative to note that as you restore your mobility, there may be times where your pain levels will fluctuate. This is part of the healing and recovery process. You might experience some temporary soreness from using muscles that are weakened or recovering. This is a normal response to therapy treatment. Let your therapist know if you’re uncomfortable for any reason! Good communication with your therapist will help minimize any discomfort. We want you on your way to quick pain relief and back to normal activities.
Working with you individually, or in conjunction with your doctor, we can discuss your options and help determine if physical therapy will be the right choice for you. Contact us today at (310) 896-8763 to discuss your current condition!
Exhale Physical Therapy offers private, semi-private, and group pilates classes with our certified instructors. Private sessions can incorporate the use of a Physical Therapist. Pilates is a strengthening and relaxing exercise that focuses on control of the body; promoting breathing control, better posture, and muscle development in the upper torso. Pilates is great for everyone and especially those with disabilities or injuries: there’s no need to stand; it is done at a custom pace that’s right for you; it’s relaxing and stress relieving; and it’s fun. We’ll help you decide on which Pilates classes are right for you.
