Have ordered online from Avid before - so when needed a battery quick, ordered a factory activated Yuasa through Amazon. Unfortunately received the dry battery with acid pack that took a few hours to permeate the plates and charge - not a big deal. When asked for a refund of only the difference in prices ($21) got a FULL refund immediately! When emailed I didn't want full refund, they said not to worry - my satisfaction was key. Wow... will keep ordering from them in future for sure.

The seller (Avid Cycle) only shipped 2 of the 4 tires ordered and then I received an email with no explanation but they cancelled the order on my rear tires. They did refund my money but still listed them in stock but the price went up about $15 a tire so I attributed that to my cancellation. A couple days later they did list them not available. I tried calling them but the message said to text my name & number to this number and they will get back to me, (What is that about)? Also, the mailbox was full so could not leave message. Not Good Business!! Also to Avid Cycle before you respond, yes I don’t leave a lot of reviews just as you only leave responses to negative reviews and don’t say thanks for a good review. And after you cancelled my order without explanation and could not be reached by phone I was not going to waste my time emailing you back and forth to get an explanation. I look at your company as bad with customer service and relations and I move on. No need to respond as I will not be using your company again!!!

We certainly try our best to answer all customer inquiries as promptly as we can.Normally we recommend text message as a means of contact as mentioned in the automated answer you heard. Phones can get pretty backed up around here and normally people are rather displeased with long hold times.
