There's a video on YouTube on corrupt police departments and Victorville is on there. They NEVER show up to and senior mobile park when called. Some hoodlums keep going in there and they have threaten the senior citizens yet the police does NOTHING!

Det. R. Hoag should be thrown in jail for a week and forced to court 5 man chained. See how that cold concrete and no lunch treats him for 2 days straight. Not to mention the slander that comes with the take charges they don't end up filing. This guy is the definition of abusing power and a disgrace to the tax payers that employee him.
