These apartments are not all that. The maintenance on the building and inside apartments are poor quality. They charge for everything and ticket you ($25 per ticket) for just about anything. If you need something repaired the office has to check to see if a maintenance fee. So you are paying for the upkeep of the building which is done poorly plus your rent. For the price it is not worth the headache. The only good thing they offer is $100 off your rent every month. If you pay before 28th of every month and that's if you quality and not on a month to month.

I pay for electric and wifi, the complex offers a cable package that is less then basic cable, all you have to do is pay the set up, but i can not get local channels with my antinna otherwise. They pay for water and gas... The oven and stove is electric, of course
