I arrived at this establishment in hopes of ordering some food for me and my pregnant wife as I have been a customer here before. But on this bright and glorious day whoever was working drive thru had the audacity to be so disrespectful to a returning customer. I only asked for a moment to order my food when the drive thru worker stated ok you have all day I then replied thank you and I let that slick comment go away. We continued to look at the menu to see what we wanted to order when he then stated in an awful tone ill give you another hour. At this point I was fed up left the drive thru and spoke to the person man to man about the engagement since he felt he could talk to anyone the way he wanted to through the speaker. I will not be returning due to the way they treated and talked to me as a customer. Hope you all have a better experience.

Due fries are to die for, soooo freaking good. Customer Service is above excellent. You'll be treated well, full of great food, and you will probably have to sleep your meal off . Best burger spot in rialto.

My wife and I are regulars here it’s Sunday night 3/13/22 I called around 9:05pm they said they closed at 10pm.So my wife decided to take a drive to the other side of town which is 15mins away so my wife ordered a bacon cheeseburger combo just to find out their out of bacon 🥓😒 really lol .so I decided to get grilled onions instead...since they have good French fries here am ok with them not having bacon..since tams burger in Rialto changed their fires.they haven’t been the same.😞My wife ordered a double cheeseburger combo no onions..So when she got back home I was very disappointed cause my French fries were over cooked they looked like chips.Wasn’t gona call and go back while my burger got cold.Cant believe they have the never to give them to us like that.Then my wife’s burger had onions.I really expected better food service from this place. DONT KNOE IF ILL BE COMING BACK HERE SOON .UNLESS THE OWNER READS THIS AND MAKE THINGS RITE..ORDER NUMBER 291 WILL HAVE MY RECEIPT WITH ME.

I just stop at Chris burgers and bought 2 order of zucchini .. wow they are super small for the price they charge 😳 is a slap on the face.. very very unhappy with my order.. will never go back .. very unhappy 😡
