Beyond poor experience here. I first called to book a room block…no one knew how to do it. Manager finally called me and said he got it set up for me. Then when people tried to book it, the front desk said there was no room block. Then, separately tried to book a room for my grandparents…gave credit card info and supposedly “booked” the room. I called back a week later to see if it could be an ADA room, and the Ashley, the front desk girl who I booked the room with last week said there was no reservation. She proceeded to be extremely rude, incompetent and unhelpful over the phone, saying now there are no rooms available. This place is an embarrassment to Choice hotels and based on the way I have been treated, not a single employee should be employed in the hospitality business. Do not book here, you will regret it.

3rd room is a charm? Not really. Started in room 117, toilet seat very loose, and a 3 inch hole in the wall repaired by stuffing toilet paper in it. Went to desk to see is maintenance could tighten it, manager said no, so I asked to be moved. Manager started to say no, but I had just heard a call where someone was canceling and the manager refused to credit back the room charge. So we were moved to 106 a handicap room with a single queen . Toilet seat loose on this one too, hubby went to check if there was a reduced price for only one bed, no, but we juggled to room 119. Tired of moving I resigned myself to yet a 3rd loose seat. The TV remotes were not programmed, the hot cold were reversed on the sink and the shower while having plenty of hot water and pressure was difficult to turn on and off because it actually moved around.. Good things sheets clean and bed comfortable.

Stayed here while we had plumbing issues in our house. I've heard bad things. I did not experience any of it myself but I do think the housekeeping needs to do a better job making sure the rooms are clean. Lots of dirt built up in corners and you can clearly tell they put the bare minimum into cleaning. There is no excuse for this. I have a newborn who spent 3 months in the NICU so not happy with the filth especially since covid is still a thing, proper sanitation should be a main priority. You have no idea what kind of health problems or immune systems people have. Disgusting!! Also inconsiderate!! Way overpriced for dirty rooms and YEARS of build up. Whoever doesn't see this is blind because I saw it throughout the entire hotel from doors all the way to my room.

We had to find some last minute lodgings and were pleasantly surprised with this hotel. The front desk manager was super nice and very accommodating. The rooms were clean and appear to have been updated recently. Great little hotel for the area and I would definitely stay here again.
