Very bad "flow" in this restaurant. Lots of people squeezed in a small allotted space trying to order. And the self-order kiosks contribute to this cumbersome process as they put them near the order counter. The dining room is a decent size, unkempt with lots of salt, crumbs and rheum from others adorning the tables. But, food was fast and mostly fresh. I'd say the fries were at half-life. The burger was super salty and had a little grill grime from the spatula but overall edible.

Restaurant was very clean. Fries were nice and HOT! Somebody new was at the register, and the person training him was very thorough and patient... this is how you keep new employees! Well Done Cle Elum McD's!

Stopped here on our way back from Wenatchee. I had two screaming kids and showed her my app for a free happy meal. The app was acting strange and wouldn’t generate a code, however you could see I had the points. I closed the app in front of her and then it said “couldn’t be used at lunch”. She said it was weird but refused to honor it. Very frustrating experience. She seemed annoyed my babies were crying. I took them out of the restaurant immediately. My mom went in to use the restaurant and they shut the door and out up a sign saying lobby was closed. At an odd hour while guests were still inside. Glad we don’t have that kind of customer service in my city.
