Recently went down for a visit and everyone was so friendly and helpful. I do a lot of shipping through them. They are definitely one of my go-to shipping companies!

We shipped a large crate worth >$10k thru them.. they completely "lost it" somehow in transit before it even left their yard. Call them to ask why it's been sitting for weeks without movement. They are completely unapologetic and rude, saying that they basically have no idea where it went. Zero effort to follow up and acted like I was asking for too much when I simply wanted a status update on the "investigation". They really are completely careless about freight, how do you misplace a 500LB crate? Will make every effort to have our company avoid them in future.

Ordered a Dometic AC unit and paid an extra $150 for shipping. Shipping updates said Friday (6 days ago.) Saturday rolls around with no delivery so I called them. I'm told that I would be contacted Monday to schedule delivery and they only deliver to my small town Tuesdays and Thursdays(alright... understandable). Monday- received the call and scheduled for Tuesday between 9am-5pm. Tuesday... NOTHING. Call Wednesday and the girl I spoke to stated she is scheduling it to go out tomorrow (Thursday). So here I am Thursday still no delivery... and I am being told it is not on the truck and wont be delivered today even though it was scheduled yesterday for delivery today. Been on the phone for an hour now. I've spoked to 3 people and this final person (hopefully) seems to be the only help and I am pretty positive she is the one who set me up to be delivered to today. So I will be contacting the company I ordered from to get my shipping refunded. Super disappointed.

YRC freight came to the rescue pulling an item that was being shipped and had been delayed and putting it aside for me to pickup litterally in the middle of the night. The staff there are top notch, from the customer service people, to the front office staff and especially Sonny, who helped me locate my item and load me up. Can't thank you guys enough!
