No drop box . Couldn’t return vehicle and extra 2 days fee will be charge to my credit card . I will definitely not be enterprise customer unless last option . Ever rental location has drop box , Just to remind enterprise manager; Life doesn’t stop after 5 pm and whole weekend . I feel like someone just steel my money .

This site is amazing. The staff are very friendly and helpful. They go above and beyond to make your experience with them the very best possible. Especially Kimberly, she helped us out with our rental and was genuinely concerned with our satisfaction. She gave us the best deal possible and when there was a small issue with the vehicle itself, Kimberly took care of us more than anyone else at any rental company.
