Wow. Never had a problem with this place before, so today when I'm standing in line some black girl, who looks like she's been put through the ringer, comes up to me and looks at my barrel of plastics and asks me if they have water in them because they cant accept them if they have water in them. I told her no. And seriously they did not. So then she whispers to the cashier as they are being weighed some about taking something off. There must have been 10 people behind me, but she didn't tell them anything. DISCRIMINATION!!! I won't be back.

Been to a lot of recycling centers and this is one of the best!!! They're quick with getting you out of there. The gentlemen that work there are good guys. Make sure you tell them you have a coupon otherwise you won't get the best price for your recyclables. The best part of this place is you only wait in one line. Some places you have to wait to get weighed and then have to cash a voucher. NOT HERE!!!! GO CHECK MILLENIA OUT

My husband usually comes to this location. Yesterday Saturday August 3rd, he got there at 4:45pm there was an African American man at the gate, he told him that they were closed already. My husband told him it was only 4:45. And asked him at what time they closed. Well this man told him they were closing early because they had to do “something”. Any way he let him in and said ok that they were going to be the last customers of the day. My husband proceeds to the unloading area. There’s another man at this area and told him “sorry we’re closed” he told him everything was sorted out it would be quick. They said no they were closed. He left. He is not one to argue. We’ve been in Fontana for 3 years now and this was our go to location for recycling. Millenia recycling just lost loyal customers. If your closing time says 5 I expect to go at 4:45 and still be helped out. Maybe change your hours of operation to 8-4:30, in case the staff has “something” to do.
