It's good for a night or two but besides that I suggest you go somewhere else for long term. (a week or more)

Positive: For what I needed the location was great. Negative: We lost power around 5am, the room dropped into the 50s. There wasn't anyone at the counter to try and get compensation for the inconvenience. Beyond unacceptable.

No coffee machine, Clean. If you want a sleeping room it's perfect. Very over priced. Send 10 bucks more for a motel room. Just keep in mind if there is a complaint you have no recourse Budget Inn headquarters have no way of contacting them and the owners at the location have a sign at check in that says, no refunds whatsoeve. I guess I just felt taken advantage of. There was no way to check if this place was legit without reviewing the reviews. Always check the reviews!
