Can't really give a higher rating and I'm torn. From entering drive thru line to leaving took 20 minutes. I did walk inside while hubby sat in line to see if ordering inside would be any faster, nope. Seems issues with prepping and/or correctly filling the orders. Almost sounded as only one person cooking, but not sure. Or why dining room and drive thru open if under staffed. Hope things get better there for them.

I think being understaffed is the issue. But this BK has declined. They take forever for both drive thru and inside. Order is usually missing something or half your order is cold. Some of the employees act like it's a joke to repeat your order back to you don't greet/thank you ect.

Wow, just wow. I love burger king but this was probably the worst I've been to. First off the cashier was struggling to run the register, which is okay because people have to learn, but the whole place was dirty like it hadn't been cleaned in days. I had planned to eat in before I saw that, and have seen cleaner bathrooms in sketchy small town gas stations. However, the tipping point which has prompted me to write my only ever negative review was the "Ch'king sandwich that I got that was a shear breading sandwich. Sorry for the rant.

Took 8 minutes to get our food. It was 1230and only 5 people in front of us. I think they only had 4 people total working. Bathrooms were clean, but they had no ice in the drink machine. Onion rings were barely cooked through and not hot. Overall, disappointed. The joy of 2022 fast foot restaurants..
