Free to enter. Please donate if you can. It's very educational. They have fun presentations that get kids and adults involved. Kids and kids at heart can touch certain animals...

This place was a lovely surprise. Our family enjoyed seeing what they had in the aquarium. Not a whole lot of collection but we enjoyed looking at the fishes, nudibranch, wave aquarium, low tide pool, anemone, and other creatures. There was no fee required and you just give a donation of your choice. Children would enjoy this place!

Indescribable beauty! A must see for adults and children. Glory to be to our Heavenly Father, the Greatest Artist/Creator known to man. Wonderful place to roam solo, as a duet, or group. Don't forget to bring your hat and hold on tight.

The entire facility appears to be carefully designed to accommodate wheelchairs. You will still get the full effect of this place, no sweat
It's free. It's up to you if you want to give any donations.
@Alex Allan - Vaccination Verification is only required for those 12 yrs and older. Your kids (5 and 10) are not required to show verification. Masks are required indoors.
Vaccination Verification is required for all activities within the Cabrillo Marine Aquarium. More information about the requirement can be found here: https://www.cabrillomarineaquarium.org/events-news/news.asp?id=251 Activities held entirely outdoors in our coastal park do not require the Verification.
https://www.cabrillomarineaquarium.org/get-involved.asp I'd recommend contacting the coordinator.
They do not charge entrance but if they ask for a donation. Per adult is $ 5 can give less if you do not have enough
There is no standard cost. They ask for a $10 donation, but you won't be turned away if all you can give happens to be less. They want the aquarium to be accessible to all. As mentioned by Jose, there is a fee for parking as well.
10 dollars all day
Yes you can. There's a nice sitting area right by the discovery center that you can eat at.
The sign at the front states a suggested donation of $5/adult and $1/child.
Every 45 minutes they announce a show. And they give you like ten minutes to examine and touch everything. Its pretty neat
Yes. It's a metered parking lot. If I remember correctly, it charges one dollar for two hours or five for the whole day.
Only if you're coming from Long Beach on the 710 freeway.
Unfortunately pets aren't allowed in the aquarium or the outdoor courtyard area. Trained service animals are of course permitted.
They asked for Vaccination Cards at the entrance and are not allowed inside without them. As far as the masks they did ask us to wear them inside.
Hi June! The festivities start with the whale blow up at 5pm with activities and family fun until the highest tide of the night at 10:20pm. We typically expect to see grunion within 30 minutes of the biggest tide of the night. See you there! For other readers-tonight's event is Members Only...join or renew so you can join the fun! https://tinyurl.com/BecomeAFriendToday
A dollar an hour .. I don't think there is a difference between days of the week. It is the same price every day.
They ask for donation $2 for kids and $5 for adults, however it is not required. The parking cost is only .25 cents per hour
It's a donation. They suggest $10 for adults.
Uhmmmm it's a conservation aquarium, not a store, I don't think
We paid $5 for parking for 2 hours, and we did a $20 donation for our family of 5.
He doesn't speak Spanish
All week this week around 1 in morning
It's Free. You can give a suggested donation if you'd like. But you can just go in.
Put "cabrillo beach in san pedro CA." on your GPS and let's go.
The only touch tank has sea anemones. You can see lots of jelly fish, sea horses, other fish in big tanks, an octopus, sea snails.....it's not a big place but nice and only $5 donation
Admission is free, but one you can give a donation of $ 5, since they keep the place clean and in good condition, it's worth going.
I do not think so. Unless your dog is a service dog. Enjoy the beach!
Is free. Just little donation they ask
Yes, big parking lot. The aquarium hosts lits of school tours.
Well it there's a sign there that states they're open every day except Mondays, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.
It is a correctional facility in San Pedro ca.
The aquarium has a touching pool open at certain times of the day
They have a full calendar of kid friendly events. This really is a museum for the whole family. It's best to check their website for the best info. I went there in the summertime, and was surprised to happen upon a grunion hatching. Imagine dozens of kids, helping hundreds of grunion eggs hatch by shaking them in baby food jars. Then dumping them into an aquarium, and being invited back next week to see the next stage of their life cycle.
Tuesday-Friday 12pm to 5pm Saturday-Sunday 10am to 5pm Closed Mondays, Thanksgiving, and Christmas
When you enter it'll be on the right side. Follow signs.
