I gave them 2 stars for the sometimes they have my prescriptions ready. These are the rudest pharmacy ppl. Sometimes you get lucky and they might open dri-thru. They never sell the items you can get at dri-thru (listed on wall out by it). Just plan 3 days for them to get your prescription ready from when your Dr sent it in... when you go in you will still wait. Other than that 2 stars.

Had to go in to pharmacy for my “drive-thru” Covid test, despite an email, two texts, and three signs at the cvs telling me NOT to go in. Waited for 15 minutes in line, dizzy and coughing, to be handed a bag to do the test in my car. Yeah, test was positive, I have Covid, and I exposed everyone in line to it (minimally—I wore a mask—but still RIDICULOUS). Then the pharmacist forgot to put my ID in my test bag so I had to go back in to get it (coughing, Covid). Sorry about the Covid exposure, everyone—I couldn’t avoid it.

Would give zero stars if possible. Went for our prescheduled and time sensitive Covid test for travel and arrived to find the drive thru completely shut and staff making zero attempt to communicate with the queuing vehicles. Went inside to be told rudely that the system was down so I could wait or come back later. Zero help whatsoever.

One star is still too much for this cvs. They don't pickup calls and they have very very poor costumer service especially this boy with dead locs, I guys he is new. he doesn't know what he is doing and very rude when he talks to customer. My family is done with this CVS.
