ALWAYS A LONG LINE. EVERY TIME. This store needs new management. Drive thru is always closed. Don't even try to call to check on prescription, hold, hold some more and hold some more. If I could take back the one star I would. No stars for you!!!!!!

Since Walgreen bought Rite Aid this store went to hell fast. Drive through is a nightmare, it's never open always closed. I placed a refill online and I click on the text they send to let them know I'm on my way, I get there and let them know by way of the text link that I'm picking up from the drive through and low and behold once again the drive through is closed. So I try calling to get them to bring out my order at curbside because I'm disabled and can't walk the woman who answered tells me I have to request curbside online...REALLY!!!! This is my last time placing any prescriptions orders or buying anything from them again. I'll get my meds from my Insurance company from now on. God do I miss Rite Aid.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I have never been treated with such disrespect in my life by a pharmacy staff. My doctors office got the required prior authorization and confirmed that I should be able to pick up my medicine today. Admittedly, no fault of the pharmacy but my insurance company didn’t inform my doctor that the particular prescription required two prior authorizations. So, when I go to pick up my prescription the tech/clerk tells me that there is an insurance issue. Not their fault. I immediately call my insurance company to see what is going on. They explain the situation and I ask what I need to do to be able to pick up my medicine. At this point, I have now spent three hours at this Walgreens. I want to go home and not spend my entire Saturday meandering around a dirty store. I am told by a very rude, older Asian woman (who I assume is the pharmacist or perhaps the manager) that’s there’s nothing they can do. Work it out with my insurance. I ask if I’m allowed to used GoodRX or just pay out of pocket and submit it to my insurance to be refunded once everything is taken care of. I was told NO. I can’t pay for my medication out of pocket. They won’t fill it unless my insurance covers it. So, I suppose the older Asian lady knows better than my prescriber (who I offered to call and let her speak to) about what medicines I need. Mid-sentence she closed the garage-like door to the pharmacy right in my face so that they could go to lunch. She should be absolutely ashamed of herself for treating ANYONE this way.

Drive thru is a nightmare. Always a 10+ minute wait and sometimes after waiting in line they'll throw up a "drive thru temporarily closed" sign claiming their register is rebooting. Had to drag my infant infant inside during COVID... which …
