Came in late in the evening about an hour til closing stressing over a half a ton of laundry that needed done and the lady was very nice to allow us to do it although they were preparing to close. It was also the lady's birthday and she'd set up her own birthday cake and all, happy belated birthday and thank you for your help and generosity!

I’ve been to a few Soap & Suds and can say that other locations machines are much cleaner than this one. You must present your ID in order add money on your card for security purposes...I guess. The part of the machines where you add detergent and the actual doors appear to be grimy, moldy, and mildewy. They could stand to close for a day to dismantle and deep clean these parts of the machines. Love the location though.
