worst maintaince and management and while writing this review i just thought that can i even start writing a review without giving a star. the elevator doesn't work the apartment isn't clean, there is no enough space for parking and when you raise a issue they will be showing you up after two months and half of the apartments are not even occupied. choose wisely! not this one. thanks

I've lived at midtown for almost a year and a half. The first year was great! But lately ever since the new tenants moved in everything changed. My neighbors are so loud. They have many parities and some can last until the next morning and none of my roommates and I could sleep. We had trouble sleeping with the loud music, screaming, running around, thumping on the ground, and slamming things on the floor. Along with that, I had this couple claiming that they are my neighbors and interrogate me on who filed the complaint. It scares me how people and just come to someone's door and interrogate people about complaints that others had on them being boisterous and disturbing others sleep. But luckily, thanks to the assistant manager (Toni) help me handle this issues because I felt as my life was threaten. Toni did such a great job on handling this issue and she made sure that the residents get taken care of. Whatever she say, she would make it happen.

All the positive reviews are from PREVIOUS MANAGEMENT. Do NOT move into these apartments, all your issues go ignored by the front office, the apartments themselves are dingy and dirty and the property manager is RUDE.

Very bad and unprofessional They forced many tanent out because they wanted to do renovation and to accommodate they gave all of us some shady motel. And they sent all these details on Saturday evening after the leasing office was closed and asked to vacate by Monday Gym is in very bad condition most of the things don't work
